A member of the SMA leadership team, Scott is a seasoned IR professional with more than 25 years of experience in strategic financial communications for companies across all sectors of the economy. Known for his writing and editing skills, Scott specializes in working with executive leadership teams to develop clear and compelling messaging that differentiates their organizations and their brands. Scott is a former business journalist who worked for daily newspapers in Florida, North Carolina and Ohio. He received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
