Well in advance of the IPO, SMA works to generate awareness of the client among potential investors, as well as potential strategic partners and other constituents who may be in a position to help the company achieve its goals. As the IPO approaches, SMA helps the client’s board, management and employees prepare for life as a public company. Along with the company’s attorneys, we help the client develop the organizational infrastructure – and the mindset – required to ensure consistent IR execution and compliance with SEC and exchange regulations. We assist management in developing processes to generate a consistent flow of corporate news and encourage executive visibility.

Following the IPO, SMA assists management in building relationships and communicating with its new constituents within a framework of best practices in investor relations and corporate communications.
